anti HMGB1單克隆抗體
小鼠單克隆 IgG1 DPH1.1 是通過向 C57BL/6 小鼠注射 17 聚體肽 P1 (KGKPDAAKKGVVKAEKS) 產(chǎn)生的。雜交瘤通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)從脾細(xì)胞中產(chǎn)生,并通過 ELISA 針對免疫原和全長 HMGB1 進(jìn)行測試。
DPH1.1 mAb 可識別所有哺乳動物 HMGB1,包括人、小鼠和大鼠。無法識別 HMGB2。
